As an example, with our Support Service Level Agreement you can expect:

  • Critical issues such as complete server or service failure to be dealt with immediately.
  • High priority issues that affect more than 20 users to be dealt with within 2 hours.
  • Medium priority issues that affect less than 20 users to be dealt with within 8 hours.
  • Low priority issues that affect less than 10 users to be dealt with within 24 hours.

In all cases we do our best to have your service restored quickly and effectively.
