Support blocks are a pre-purchased number of support hours that can cover any number of Linux servers. Blocks of 10, 20 or 40 hours are available. Each call to the ForLinux technical team is charged in 30 minutes units. Where the issue is not resolved in 30 minutes, further 30 minute units are allocated until resolution. As Web server support includes monitoring, each alert received by the ForLinux technicians will result in 30 minute unit being charged.
