In response to the continued growth of Linux and Open Source as a viable business solution, ForLinux Training offers industry recognised qualifications for Linux users. As an accredited LPI Study Centre we provide professional level Linux Training courses in our newly built state-of-the-art training suite.

Our training provision has been set up to help our existing clients maximise the full value from Linux, but courses are also available to those interested in developing their Linux skills further.

All learners on our courses can expect the highest standards of training and learning environment, which include:

  • 1 server and desktop per learner.
  • Customised course material.
  • Small group sizes.
  • After training support and guidance.

Our trainers are all daily-users of Linux, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about all of the latest industry developments, changes and troubleshooting updates. Our trainers know from experience what you will want and need to know to about Linux systems.

Forlinux Training courses can support individual users or groups of employees from larger businesses.

Course Information:

We are currently offering:

  • LPI 101/102 is targeted towards junior to mid-level Linux system administrators. The course covers two areas: Linux Fundamentals/Linux System and Network Administration.
  • LPI 201/202 is an intermediate-level course. The course demonstrates how to administer Linux-only and Linux-mixed networks.

Generally, the courses are delivered in Newark over a 5-day period.

Dates for LPI 201 / 202 will be announced shortly.
